Homeowners with limited hardships such as temporary loss of income, significant medical disability, or various other hardships may qualify. The homeowner has a limited opportunity to negotiate with their bank to request a reduction in interest due, a longer-term mortgage, or even (in rare instances) a principal balance reduction. Not all homeowners will qualify, but with our unique system, you’ll be able to help homeowners realize their options, and if they decide to pursue a loan modification, you’ll have provided them a significant education to prepare them for the process.

LRR Affiliates are not loan modification providers, legal agents, or foreclosure consultants. Loan Repair & Rescue affiliates are able to operate legally across the country* by being independent from the loan modification process.

The Training Program

We’ve held training seminars in Nevada, California, Florida, and Michigan, and are scheduling numerous other opportunities as interest grows.

Over the 3-day seminar, you’ll receive the comprehensive training you need to understand your homeowner client questions, grow your marketing strategy to earn new business, and learn how to properly manage all the documents your homeowner will need to have ready to evaluate the likelihood of a modification and prep the paperwork for legal review.

In addition to the 3-day seminar training, affiliates will also receive our complete training course manuals & tools set. This package provides you with step-by-step written instructions for how to evaluate your homeowner client needs, prepare the various documents needed for the process, as well as the tool set you’ll need to brand your organization, market yourself, and manage your time efficiently & effectively. Also contained within our package are 2 CD’s of the forms you’ll need to prepare a homeowner client file, as well as our financial data utility, which will allow you to quickly assess your homeowner client’s financial situation and identify whether they might be a good candidate for a loan modification or not**.
